Very pure and bright color. Pale gold with light green glints.
White peach, citrus and exotic fruit, intense minerals on the nose.
Very tasty and greedy on the palate. Concentration and perfect balance.
Great freshness and powerful.
Very long. Great wine.

Domaine de Chevalier Blanc 2010 (J. S.) : 99
99. A white with a phenomenal density and richness with creme brulee, apple pie and pear tart character. It’s so agile and balanced. Full body, with tangy fruit and a long finish. Crazy intensity and style to this. Speechless. Best dry white from here. Try in 2018.

Domaine de Chevalier Primeur Blanc 2010 (Dec.): 18,5 points
Quite discreet but supremely elegant white florality and fruit, great persistence and harmony, a beautiful wine, hard to imagine a better Domaine de Chevalier white. Drink 2014-2025.
Domaine de Chevalier Primeur Blanc 2010 (W. F. W.) : 18,5-19,5 **
MS: Pale color; fresh, zesty, Sauvignon nose; both rich and vigorous in constitution, dry, generous wine, very ripely flavored, but this ripeness is supported by a fine, firm acidity, a broad, quite fat style for the property’s white wine. Juicy, spicy, complex, discreetly oaky, full of both ripe fruit and very mineral aromas; Burgundian in its breadth, rich and linear at the same time. Pure, taut, aromatic, and with great length. Grand-scale Domaine de Chevalier white. 2018-35+.
Domaine de Chevalier Blanc Primeur 2010 (F. V.): 17
One of the truly great names of dry Bordeaux. Chevalier Blanc has a loyal following and is a wine with an amazing ability to age despite being attractive in its youth. 70% Sauvignon Blanc. 30 % Semillon aged in one third new oak. A huge nose jumps out of the glass - white peach, melon and grapefruit. The palate has impressive depth, a round - almost oily- texture but good balancing acidity. Some tropical hints to start off then pears and melons. Citric freshness on the long finish.
Domaine de Chevalier Blanc 2010 (N. M.) : 93
Tasted at the UGC and at the property, the Domaine de Chevalier Blanc has a very refined bouquet with hints of lemon curd, apple blossom and a touch of French patisserie. There is still a little oak to be integrated. The palate is medium-bodied with very fine balance, perfectly pitched acidity and subtle notes of apple blossom and white truffle. This is a very suave white Graves, complex and cerebral with a long, slightly nutty/smoky finish. Tasted November 2012.

Domaine de Chevalier Blanc Primeur 2010 (WCI): 97-98
An explosion of lemon, guava, grapefruit, lime and fresh picked flowers poured over wet rocks make up the perfume. Thick, rich and incredibly concentrated, this dense, intense, Bordeaux Blanc has the perfect amount of acidity to feel bright and fresh. This was the only wine from the Pessac-Léognan tasting that was to good to split.
Domaine de Chevalier Primeur Blanc 2010 (BBR): 17/20
Olivier Bernard has crafted a succession of stunning wines over the past few years and this may well be his best yet.
Domaine de Chevalier Blanc 2010 (RP) : 94+
94+.A backward style of wine with notes of honeyed pears, subtle citrus, candle wax, orange zest and lemon butter, this medium to full-bodied, rich wine has terrific acidity and a long, long finish. Anticipated maturity : 2020-2050.

92-94+.Composed of 85% Sauvignon Blanc and 15% Semillon, and in need of 8-10 years of cellaring, this is one of the most backward dry whites of the vintage with unbelievable minerality and personality.

Domaine de Chevalier Primeur Blanc (JCL) 2010: 92-93
The Domaine de Chevalier Blanc is a brilliant white wine that is neither too heavy nor too light. Its gooseberries, star fruit, and lemongrass notes lead into a palate of fresh acidity and wonderful intensity of fruit. This is very long in the finish and like all good vintages of Domaine de Chevalier Blanc, this one will keep for decades in the cellar.
Domaine de Chevalier Blanc (W.Doc.) 2010:
The style here is one of polished elegance, with very finely expressed white fruits, especially white nectarine, in combination with smoky and flinty aromas. The palate has a similarly expressed definition, showing fresh character and a fine structure of grip and acid. Overall a very complete and harmonious style, impressive and appealing. From my Bordeaux 2010 assessment at two years. 17.5/20 (November 2012)
